After muddling through Photoshop Elements I'm finally getting the hang of it! I could use it to edit and enhance photos, but I didn't know how to *make* anything with it. Today, after finding a blog template that I adore, I "built" a blog header and followed a tutorial for getting the header onto the blog. It turned out better than I imagined!
I made a couple other versions, because I had different templates in mind.
